Fred Dix Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 16, 2025, Fred Dix of Gurnee, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred and Ruth; his brother Ross; and his grandparents, Fred, Elizabeth, Ross and Carrie Carrico.
He is survived by: his wife Terri; his children, Michelle, Jessica and Jason (Cynthia); and his grandchildren, Dakota, Alexis, Nicholas, Charlie and Lana. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gurnee Salata Funeral Home (4190 Old Grand Ave, Gurnee, IL 60031). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Kidney Cancer Foundation.
