Esther H. Rogers Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Esther H. Rogers of Gurnee, Illinois, who passed away on August 31, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Benjamin Horn and Essie Beatrice Horn (Jones); her husband Otis Van Rogers; her daughter Gail Rogers Langston; and her sisters, Edna Horn Knox (Harold) and Ruth Horn Fitzpatrick (James).
She is survived by: her sons, Dr. Elton Rogers (Mary Beth) of Waukegan, IL and Byron Rogers (Debbie) of Madison, AL; her granddaughter Caroline Rogers Darracott (Ryan) of Athens, AL; her great grandchild Annabelle Rose Darracott of Athens; and her son-in-law Dr. Cory Langston of Starkville, MS. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
