She is survived by: her husband Thomas P. Metcalf; her children, Robert Metcalf (Kathy) of Gurnee, IL, Susan Flynn (John) of Grayslake, IL, Mary Metcalf of Libertyville, IL and John "Jack" Metcalf (Lisa) of Gurnee, IL.; her grandchildren, Dr. Amanda Metcalf-Kern (Drew Kern) of Omaha, NE, Jason Metcalf (Katie) of Hiawatha, IA, Andrew Metcalf and Grace Metcalf of Gurnee, IL.; her great grandchildren, Noah Metcalf and Benjamin Kern Betty; and her brothers, Joseph, Edward and John Kristan. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
