She was predeceased by: her former husband Kenneth Russell; and her father Walter Moen. She is survived by: her husband Richard Runge; her children, Mark Russell and Crystal Russell (Mark); her grandchildren, Michael, Christa, Alexandria and Boy; her children, Julie Russell and David Russell (Theresa); her grandchildren, Kenneth and Grace; her sister Donna Hyland; her mother Gladys Zito; her brother Wally Moen; and also, Baby Girl and Karen Cooper (David Cooper).
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Shoreland Lutheran High School, designated to the Ken Russell Scholarship Fund, or Immanuel Lutheran Church.
