He was predeceased by: his brother Peter J. Welzen; and his parents, Peter G. Welzen and Viriginia Welzen. He is survived by: his spouse Bernadeth Welzen; his son Maxwell Welzen; and his siblings, Jennifer Welzen and Michael Welzen.
