She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Skilling and Caroline Skilling. She is survived by: her husband John "Jack" E. Kruse Sr.; her children, Kim Garrity (Tim) and Jack Kruse Jr. (Rochelle); her grandchildren, Brendan Garrity and Ryan Kruse; and her sisters, Linae Jackson (late Gary) and Marilyn McCormick (Rick).
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Warren Funeral Home (1475 N Cemetery Rd, Gurnee, IL 60031). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ascension Catholic Cemetery (1920 Buckley Rd, Grayslake, IL 60030).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Carol's name to the Alzheimer's Association would be greatly appreciated.
