He is survived by: his wife Linda; his sons, Burt "Bear" Bucher (Sandra) and Tim Bucher (Jackie); his stepdaughters, Laura Cohen (Randy), Kate Krischke-Grobart (Kevin) and Mary Pursche (Stephen); his brother John Bucher; and his grandchildren, Jakob, Baileigh, Robert, Averi, Payton, Lucas, Emma, Charlotte, Aidan, Alice and Hazel.
