He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Loeb and Delores Loeb (Buckmaster); and his brother Robert Charles Loeb. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Kilbride; his children, Kristen Closner (Randy) of East Peoria and Robert Loeb (Jamie) of East Peoria; his grandchildren, Kevin Closner (Samantha), Caitlin Dillard (Justin), Gabrielle Flores (David) and Samuel Loeb; his great grandchildren, Natalya Dillard, Luke Dillard, Madelyn Closner, Chase Closner and Rafael Flores; and his sisters, Beverly Nelson and Shirley Budell.
