He is survived by: his wife Thelma Harper; his sons, Jason Wayne Garner (Laura) of Indianapolis, IN and Logan Garner (Mykayla) of Peoria; his grandchildren, Isaac Michael Garner, Silas Kendall Garner and Farrah Briel Garner; and his sisters, Linda Hess of Chicago, Sherry Van Buren (James) of Bartonville, Susan Spaeth of East Moline and Lisa Jones (Michael) of Chicago.
