He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas N. Goins and Arlene B. Goins (Rogers); and his sister Patricia McCanns. He is survived by: his wife Penelope "Penny" Wilcox; his son Jerid Lynn Goins of Groveland; and his granddaughter Katelynn Marie Albecht of Pekin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
