He is survived by: his spouse Dawn Havens; his parents, James Cole and Ruth Cole (Schmitt) of East Peoria; his children, Ali, Josh and Meghan Cole; his sisters, Jessica Cole and Abby Cole of East Peoria; his nieces, Emma and Madison; his nephew Gavin; his uncles, Ben Schmitt and Ronald Prescott; his aunt Amy Cole; and his mother-in-law Alice Havens.
