He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. Lawrence and Bonnie L. Lawrence (Kennemer); his son Jimmy Lawrence; and his brother Bruce Lawrence. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Darlene Storck; his daughter Cindy Lawrence Carr of Pekin; his grandsons, A. J. Carr of East Peoria and Jake Carr of Michigan; and his siblings, Judy Mahone (John) of Florida, Kim Baker (Paul) of North Carolina and Kenneth Lawrence (Leesa) of Texas.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Children's Hospital of Illinois, 124 Southwest Adams Street, Peoria, Illinois 61602, for the Jimmy Lawrence Memorial Fund.
