He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Stokes and Beulah Harris Stokes; and his sister Cheryl Smith. He is survived by: his wife Diane Bellows; his daughter Melanie Kobulnicky (Ben) of Bloomington; his grandsons, Trent, Andrew, Noah and Joseph Stokes (Carly) of Tremont; and his great grandchildren, Annabelle, Samuel and Daniel.
