She is survived by: her mother Leona Stiltz (Humphress); her former husband Allen Pierantoni; her husband Thomas Chambers; her sisters, Debra McMahon and Diane Bannan; her sisters-in-law, Darlene Hoffman and Debra Golden (Jim); her son Timothy Pierantoni; her stepchildren, Tom Chambers (Holly) and Cynthia Warner (Matt); her nephew Chris McMahon; her niece Ashley Bannan; her grandchildren, Quenton Chambers and Margaret Warner; and her pets, Harry and Dallas.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
