He is survived by: his parent Vicki Barnette Lewis; his spouse Andrea Bloyd; his children, Savanah Lewis and Cooper Lewis; his stepchildren, Kendra Leedy of Griggsville, Konner Leedy of Griggsville and Tanner Leedy of Griggsville; his grandson Gunner Leedy of Griggsville; his father Jerry Estes of Saverton; and his grandmother Greta Denler of Hannibal.
