He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Turnbaugh and Bonnie J. DeJaynes Turnbaugh; his wife Linda Lou Phebus; and his stepfather Dick Fish. He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Opitz of Pittsfield and Dena Stinebaker (Tyson) of Griggsville; his grandchildren, Melanie Woods of Lisle, Chloe Opitz of Pittsfield, Abby Obitz of Pittsfield, Mackenzie Opitz of Pittsfield and Max Stinebaker (Lexi) of Chambersburg; his great grandchild Reggie Dean of Lisle; his stepchildren, Lorie Lynn Orr (Jerry) of Perry, Rodney Dane Brown (Deanna) of Bluffs and Curtis Dean Brown of Griggsville; and his half-brothers, Steve Turnbaugh, Greg Turnbaugh and Tony Turnbaugh. He is also survived by eight step grandchildren; twelve step great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Airsman - Hires Funeral Home - Pittsfield (1232 W Washington St, Pittsfield, IL 62363). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
