She was predeceased by: her father Roy Virgil Shanks, Jr.; and her sister Joanna 'JoJo Shanks. She is survived by: her mother Frances Marie Voyles Shanks of Pittsfield, IL; her children, Devin Shanks of Griggsville, IL, Katherine DeJaynes (Rustie Doyle) of Jacksonville, IL, Jennifer Johns of Griggsville, IL and Allison Huntley of Griggsville, IL; and her siblings, Jimmy Shanks of Pittsfield, IL, Crystal Shanks of Missouri and Patty Robertson of Griggsville, IL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
