He is survived by: his wife Brenda Emrick; his son Dr. Cullen Lee Hoos (Huxley Hoos) of Springfield; his grandchildren, Kennedy Marie and Beckett Lee Hoos; his brother Troy Kennedy (Bunny) of Griggsville; his nieces and nephews, Drew Kennedy (Brittany) of Pittsfield, Morgan Kennedy (Kevin Miller) of Maywood, Matthew Kennedy (Alexis) of New Canton, Lauren Kennedy (Destini) of Griggsville, Chanda Carr of Springfield, Manda Martin (Mike) of Jacksonville, Nathan Emrick (Krystal) of Carterville, Daman Emrick (Allison Dokey) of New Berlin, Lacy Emrick (Zach Rockford) of Lolo and Patrick Spurgeon of Springfield; and his siblings-in-law, Elizabeth Self (Mitch) of Chapin and John Emrick (Anna) of Griggsville.
