Mary Willard Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Willard of Griggsville, Illinois, who passed away on January 24, 2023 at the age of 101. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Nelson and Lenore Bradburn Nelson; her husband Loren Ed Willard, Jr.; her son Loren Ed Willard III; her sister Virginia Witty; her brother-in-law Donald Witty; her nephew Kenyon Witty; and her sister-in-law Marianna Nelson.

She is survived by: her son Eric (Ginger) of Bloomington, IL; her daughter-in-law Lynn Willard of Roanoke, IL; her grandchildren, Shelly Lester, Dan Willard (Karen), Margo Willard, Alex Willard and Mackenzie Murray (Glenn); her brother Charles Nelson of Griggsville, IL; her nieces, Mary Lynn Brown (Carl) and Patti Baker; and her nephew Stephen Nelson (Debbie). She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.

Memorials are suggested to be made to Pittsfield First Christian Church or West Cemetery.
