She was predeceased by: her parents, Merle Garrett, Jr. and Anna Maxine Phillips Garrett; and her siblings, Vicki Harris, Kathy Grady, John David "Buckshot" Garrett, Phil "Little Buckshot" Garrett and Merle Edward.
She is survived by: her children, Stacy McIntire Pittsfield (John), Nikki Huddleston (Jason) of New Salem and Chuck Binstead III (Lyndsey) of Mackinaw; her grandchildren, Morgan Beard (Austin) of Pittsfield, Jadon Huddleston of New Salem, Jacob McIntire of Pittsfield, Charlee and Chase Binstead of MacKinaw; her great grandchildren, Garrett and Madelyn Beard; her siblings, Shirley Ward of Griggsville, Betty Gail Miller of Griggsville and Billy Garrett of Mt. Sterling; her sisters-in-law, Patti Binstead of Roodhouse and Diane Shaw of Griggsville; and her great-aunt Jeanette Pollard of Bunker Hill. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
