He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Bradshaw and Mary L. Phillips Bradshaw; his sister Joyce Moore; his son-in-law Junior Nicholson; and his sister-in-law Jean Bradshaw.

He is survived by: his wife Carol Waters; his children, David Bradshaw (Rosell) of Griggsville, IL, Becky Myers (Dan) of Griggsville, IL and Jill Nicholson of Griggsville, IL; his grandchildren, Brett Shriver of Quincy, IL, Michael Shriver (Chelsie) of Quincy, IL, Dillon Butler (Emilee) of Quincy, IL, Dakota Bradshaw of Edwardsville, IL and Calee Nicholson of Griggsville, IL; his great grandchildren, Olivia Butler and Lilian Lucille Shriver; his brother Sam Bradshaw of Griggsville, IL; his aunts, Hazel Seeds, Betty Bradshaw, Ethel Phillips and Marion Phillips; and his brothers-in-law, Lynn Waters (Rosemary) and Merle Waters. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
