He was predeceased by: his parents, Erbie Lloyd and Leona Mae Hankins White; and his brothers, Larry and Dickie White. He is survived by: his wife Linda Phillips; his children, Chad Smart of Culver City and Kelli Jones of Griggsville; his grandson Landon Jones of Griggsville; his sisters, Shirley Page (Dennis) of Bowling Green and Sharon Buskirk of Griggsville; and his friend Shawn Jones of Griggsville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
