He is survived by: his children, Richard W. Waite of Springfield, IL, Michael Westfall (Sandy) of Meredosia, IL and Kellie Otterstedt (Keith) of Pittsfield, IL; his grandchildren, Dustin W. Waite of Springfield, IL, Brandon Westfall (Gwen) of Louisiana, MO, Darryn Westfall (Ashley) of Lowell, IN, Ariel White (Jarrod Waters) of Pittsfield, IL, Jessica White of Quincy, IL, Melody Otterstedt of West Virginia and Keith Otterstedt of Ohio; his siblings, Lester Westfall of Springfield, IL, Dean Westfall (Diane) of Valley City, IL and Joyce Fusselman of Baylis, IL; and his pet Winston. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
