With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn Kay Janes of Griggsville, Illinois, born in Pittsfield, Illinois, who passed away on August 1, 2022 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Gratton and Helen Gratton (McDonald); her grandson Timothy Surratt; her siblings, Gerald McDonald and Dixie Lacy; and her nephew Nathan Embree.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Jones (Anthony Reveal) of Griggsville and Christina Jones of Griggsville; her grandchildren, Billie Blackburn (Anthony) of Kentucky and Angela Reveal of Griggsville; and her siblings, Andrew Gratton, Nancy Clostermery of Griggsville and Wanda Sneeden of Griggsville. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
