She was predeceased by: her mother Charlotte Strait (Lansing); and her grandfather Greg. She is survived by: her daughter Sharley Raffety (Jeff); her grandchildren, Stephanie Finck (Frankie), Steven Embery and Cassie Brown; and her great grandchildren, Shelby, Feebe, Brock and Franki Mae.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Marfan Foundation or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
