He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiram Benedict and Mary Anderson Benedict; and his siblings, Lyle Benedict, Charles Benedict, Clifford Benedict, Amanda Skaggs, Vera Pfeffinger, Martha Johnson and Margaret Pfeffinger.
He is survived by: his significant other Presila Meredith; and his partner's daughter Karrissa Meredith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, social distancing practices will be observed and masks will be required at the funeral home.
