He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Kingdon and Laura Kingdon (Matter). He is survived by: his wife Denise Wright; his sons, Eric Kingdon of Gridley and Adam Kingdon (Jenny) of El Paso; his siblings, Wes "Windy" Kingdon (Wilha) of Gridley and Alice Steward (Larry) of Gridley; and his grandchildren, Taylor, Jordan and Nate.
