It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Don R. Tate (Gridley, Illinois), born in Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on November 1, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Halbert Tate and Harriett Clarke Tate; and his son Clarke W. Tate. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Rinkenberger; his son James Tate (Carrie) of El Paso; his daughter-in-law Lucy Tate of Poland; his grandchildren, Jonathan of El Paso, David of El Paso, Catherine of El Paso and Mary Tate of El Paso; and his brother Bill Tate of Florida.

Memorials may be made to the Apostolic Christian Home of Eureka, Fairview Haven Retirement Community, Fairbury.
