With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ada Kay Christensen (Gridley, Illinois), who passed away on September 9, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer and Anna; her daughter Angela Wetzel of Jacksonville; and her brothers, Jay and Ralph.
She is survived by: her husband Gerald Christensen; her sons, Drake Christensen (Laura Casey) of Vernon Hills and Jason Christensen (Janice) of Downers Grove; her grandchildren, Heather Celis, Kelsie Johnstone (Bryce), Heather Clark, Nathan Wetzel, Grace, Owen, Zac, Noah and Miles Christensen; her great grandchildren, Jett, Harper Burns, Bellamy Attig and Sapphire Wade; her siblings, Lynn (Mim), Perry (Carol) and Alice Stevig; and also Jerry Wetzel of Jacksonville, Florida.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
