Terri Phillips Schmitt wrote a sympathy message

“I was literally just getting ready to write my Christmas card envelope out to her, as I did each year, when I saw her obituary posted on the Facebook page of my mother, Marilyn Phillips. She literally was one of the sweetest persons I’ve ever met in my life, a true example of what a Christian woman should strive to be! Please let Bruce know how much my heart breaks for him. I hope he remembers me, because I have really fond memories of playing games with him in the basement of his parents home.”
