She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph W. Taylor and Sadie L. Taylor; and her husband Charles J. Carson. She is survived by: her children, David Carson (Jean Marie) of Bent, NM, Deborah Smail (Delmar) of Hillsboro, IL, Cheryl Mardis (Steve) of Bloomington, IL, Valerie Higginbotham (Jeff) of Florissant, MO and Veronica Schaufelberger (George) of New Orleans, LA. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; nephews and nieces.
Memorials may be made to Robinson Cemetery or Pocahontas United Methodist Church.
