He was predeceased by: his father Dan Douglas; and his grandparents, Donald D. Spradling, Luther and Regina Koonce. He is survived by: his mother Teresa Lynn Spradling (Koonce); his brother Jacob Scott Tally; his nephew Jacob Lucas Tally (Karly Iberg); and his grandmother Louise Campbell Bilyeu.
