He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Moseley, and Mary Lee Moseley, Sr. (Kramer); and his brother David Moseley. He is survived by: his former wives, Cindy Cooke and Deborah Haines; his wife Kay Moseley (Weiss) of Jamestown; his sons, Jeffrey and Gregory Moseley of Texas; and his stepchildren, Susan, Jason and Jereme Harlan. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
