She was predeceased by: her parents, William Krome and Bessie Krome (Barnett); her spouse Tilden Helmich (Doc); her brother Elmer Krome; and also Natalie Simon.
She is survived by: her nieces, Judy Bond (Clayton) of Rosewood Heights and Karen Stairs (Bob) of Sesser; her nephew Charles Krome (Veronica) of Wood River; her great-nieces, Amy Simon (Rick) of Bethalto and Beth Truetzschler of Bethalto; her sister-in-law Dorothy Krome of Wood River; her niece Nancy Helmich; and also, David Jordan (Samantha), Nathan Simon, Carter Noble and Annie Jordan.
