She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Oliver Nevinger and Mamie Nevinger (Cable); her husband Robert Neer; her children, Stephen Neer, Terry Neer (Mary) of Greenville, Bill Neer (Kitty) of Greenville and Debbie Neer (Kenny DeMent) of Greenville; and her grandchildren, Robbie Neer (Amy), Travis Neer, Andrew Rich (Whitney), Jamie Neer (Veda), Aimee Edwards (Shannon), Danny Neer, Ronnie Neer, Lisa Eddington, Tim Sugg (Trish), Doug Sugg (Leighanne), Derek Sugg (Christina) and Anna Lucken (John). She was also cherished by 31 great grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.
