He is survived by: his parents, Keith Fore (Patricia) and Kathryn Cook (McDonald); his wife Melinda Fore (Patterson) of Greenville, IL; his stepdaughters, Chloe Meyer and Grace Hampton of Greenville, IL; his siblings, Amanda Fore (Zach Galbierz) of Collinsville, IL, Kirstie Fore (Brent Maher) of Worden, IL, Joshua Cook of Parker, CO and Mathew Kerner (Jenny) of Navarre, FL; his grandmother Janice McDonald of Edwardsville, IL; his nephews, Jeffery, Jake and Miles Kerner of Navarre, FL; his uncles, Sean and Jason McDonald of Carbondale, IL; his aunt Wendy McDonald of Edwardsville, IL; his cousins, Nicholas and Sophie McDonald of Edwardsville, IL; and his parents-in-law, Jim and Janet Goodall of Greenville, IL..
