He was predeceased by: his parent Lee Spradlin; his grandson Kash Spradlin; and his nephew Zach Wassell. He is survived by: his mother Leona Spradlin (Smith) of Springfield; his son Clint Spradlin (Brook) of Haigler, NE; his grandson Braxton; his sister Kim Wassell (Andy) of Springfield; his niece Kylee Denney (Tim) of Springfield; and his great-nephew Grady Denney. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
