She was predeceased by: her husband Calvin; and her siblings, James Lewis, Bert Luehder, Dale Lewis, Danny Lewis and Reba Lewis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Diane Bates (Bill) of O'Fallon and Susan Cypert (Cy) of Greenville; her grandchildren, Shain Bates, Heath Bates (Bonnie) and Callie Williams (Mike); her great grandchildren, Emma, Allie, Savannah and Harper; her sisters, Elaine Gerstman (Larry), Brenda King and Teresa Baccus; her niece Jackie Graham (Jerry); her great-niece Charlotte Marshall (Hal); her niece Sue Huff; and her nephew Danny Crossno. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews, and other cherished family members.
