He was predeceased by: his parents, Katherine Creasy (Yates) and Red Creasy; his son Chad Creasy; his brothers, Larry Koenig, Gary Little and Danny Creasy; his niece Chelsea Knox; and his nephew Caleb Creasy.
He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Rogers (Jason McNeely) of Greenville; his grandchildren, Cynthia'Taddy'Rogers of Greenville, Wyatt of Greenville and Kayda McNeely of Greenville; and his siblings, Brenda Knox (Kenny Smith) of Greenville, Ardale Creasy of Ohio, Theresa Williams (Scott) of Maryland, Deb Pithers (John) of Granite City, Glenda Little of Florida and Patricia Castellani of Florida.
