She was predeceased by: her parents, Clark Altig and Wilna Altig (Ishmael); and her siblings, Twila Dowell and Clark UJ Altig. She is survived by: her husband Donald E. McAtee; her children, Donna Edwards (Daniel) of Greenview, IL, Martin McAtee (Kelly) of Greenview and Deanna Waldeck (Kevin) of Waggoner, IL; and her grandchildren, Gregory Edwards (Courtney) of Petersburg, IL, Alyssa Tucker (Brad) of Mason City, IL, Jared Edwards (Rob) of Phoenix, AZ and Kyle Waldeck (Faith) of Farmersville, IL.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mott & Henning Funeral Home (123 S Main St, Athens, IL 62613). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
