He is survived by: his brothers, Randy Lowry (Char) and Jerry Lowry (Debbie); his stepchildren, Cathy Wagoner and Jim Richardson (Angel); his stepgrandchildren, Charles Ray Richardson, Shy Wagoner (Jeff Alexander), Stefano Baldoni, Vinny Baldoni and Evan Richardson; and his great grandchildren, Tyvin, Araya, Atalia, Nick, Nate and Lexie.
