With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William D. Sedgwick of Greenup, Illinois, born in Mattoon, Illinois, who passed away on December 18, 2022 at the age of 77. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of William D. Sedgwick to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleo "Bud" Sedgwick and Gwendolyn Sedgwick (Robbins). He is survived by: his wife Marsha Oakley; his children, Michelle Neal (Jeff), Carole Mitchell (Shane) and Scott Sedgwick (Catelyn); and his grandchildren, Dakota Ferris, Taylor Neal, Dayton Mitchell, Zoe Mitchell and Gideon Sedgwick.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made the Cumberland Youth Recreation League or to American Heart Assoc.
