She was predeceased by: her parents, John Stanley and Grace Winn; her husband Ed Titus; and her brothers, Stanley Winn Jr., Don Winn, David (Verna) and Richard.
She is survived by: her daughter Robin Titus Carr (Dan) of Greenup; her grandchildren, Jake McNeely (Soua) of Tracy, CA and Taylor McNeely (Christopher) of Montpelier, VT; her great grandchildren, River and Ashley; and her granddaughter Pam Winn Rondina (Alan) of Norton, MA.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Barkley Funeral Chapel (300 N Kentucky St, Greenup, IL 62428). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at the Greenup Cemetery (301 N Embarrass Hwy, Greenup, IL 62428).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations honoring Verna can be made directly to the Greenup United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 668, Greenup, IL., where Verna was a member of the choir and congregation for 50 years.
