We are sad to announce that on October 24, 2019, at the age of 54, Troy Carl (Greenup, Illinois), born in Effingham, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Carl and Ruth "Poe" Carl (Strader); and his brothers, Harlen and David Carl. He is survived by: his children, Tyler Carl, Josh Carl, Morgan Sparling and Katie Carl; his grandchildren, Riley and Gracelyn; and his siblings, Larry Carl (Barb), Harvey "Bud" Carl (Sis), Randy "Tiny" (Jan), Earlene Shupe (Carl), Donna Kimble, Doris Houser and Terri Nickles (Mike).
