He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl H. Wagoner and Elsie Elizabeth "Betty" Wagoner (Hammond); his grandson Zachary Wagoner; his siblings, Carol Fidler, David Wagoner and Richard Wagoner; and his nephew Chad Fidler.
He is survived by: his son Bill Wagoner (Melissa); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Seals, Luke Wagoner and Isaac Wagoner; and his siblings, Sandy Arthur (Mike), Joyce Good and Steve Wagoner of Arcola, IL..
