She is survived by: her children, Corey Edward Bline (Glenda) of Woodstock, GA and Heather Renee Bline Witt (Jim) of Casey, IL; her grandsons, Eli and Evan Witt; her siblings, Tricia Conley (Kim) of Herrin, IL, Tammy Ormsby of Greenup, IL, Tim Phillipi of Casey, IL, Tonya Nohren (Gary) of Casey, IL, Tracie Devall (Steve) of Greenup, IL and Troy Phillip (Rhonda) of Phelps, KY; her pets, Piper and Pedro; and also, Buddy, Ozzie and Max. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
