He is survived by: his children, Scott Stephens (Anya) of Avon, IN and Cheryl Devall (Mike) of Greenup, IL; his stepchildren, Susie, Mike, Terri, Harold, Missy and Jamie; his grandchildren, Brandon, Logan, Nikita, Maxim and Ariana; his great grandchild Layden Anthony; and his sister Sue Boggs.
