Justice (Julie); his children, Marsey Justice (Gedeon Mariam), Nathan Justice, Tony Jones, Justin Justice (Brandy), Stephanie Justice and Jennifer Hilligoss Zang; and his siblings-in-law, Lois Justice and Billy Cassidy.

Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Barkley Funeral Chapel (300 N Kentucky St, Greenup, IL 62428). A memorial service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
