He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Ochs and E. Georganna Ochs (Green); his wife Elna Brown; and his son Clinton R. Ochs. He is survived by: his daughter Andrea Harris (Clint); his sisters, Bonita Osborne, Frances Cameron and Cassandra Stewart (Terrall); and his grandson Kevin Harris.
