She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Veach and Zelma Veach (Peterson); and her husband Herman Branscum. She is survived by: her children, Frank Flood (JoAnne) of Greenup, Illinois, Frances Mayhew (Donald) of Greenup, Barbara Yocum of Newport and Mark Branscum of Shelbyville, Illinois; her grandchildren, Julie Beebe (Richard), Jodie Warner (Troy), Frankie Flood (Jill), Faron Flood, Robbie Kline (Matt), Donnie Mayhew, Ells Mayhew (Jennifer) and Peter Pesa; her great grandchildren, Jill, Ryan, Drew, Noah, Maya, Olivia, Kaitlyn Roy, Nick, Seth, Chelsea, DoniRae, Wayne and Miles; her great great grandchildren, Bella, Lincoln, Liam, Holden and Hannah; her sister Sally Kanter (Fred) of San Antonio; and her nephews, Shaun and Michael.
